In my recent visit to Rishikesh, I met Mr Vatsalya. He is a 80 year old doctor living in the beautiful Ganga Vatika in Rishikesh. Can you believe that at this age he makes all the medicines inhouse?
I had a look at some of the amazing Ayurvedic Concoctions he created and one of that was home made Apple Cider. Its aged and without any additives.
