The 5-Day Meal Plan

DAY 1


Breakfast

Leek and Cheese Muffin + Straw Nana Smoothie.

Whole grain flour, Blue Cheese, Emmental, Parmesan, Milk, Leeks, Yoghurt for probiotic , sage, thyme

Straw Nana Smoothie– Strawberries, bananas, apple, butternut squash, red beets, vanilla. Make your kids and teens eat squash and Beets secretly.


School Lunch

Buffalo Chickpea Wrap– Protein rich chick peas, Avocado, spinach, Whole grain wrap, probiotic yoghurt

Cold Pressed Whole Orange Juice.




Day 2

Breakfast

Sweet Spinach Muffin with Berry Full smoothie

 Sweet Spinach Muffin- Whole grain flour, banana, spinach, apple, vanilla, cinnamon. Berry Full smoothie– Blue berries, strawberries, apple, banana, avocado, raspberries, beets, kale.

Kids will now eat kale and beets secretly. 


School Lunch

 Veggie Burrito Wrap with Cold Pressed Juice.. 

Veggie Burrito Wrap – Wholegrain wrap, Quinoa, baked beans, mozzarella,. Whole protein with Quinoa and baked beans.

Day 3

Breakfast

Double chocolate banana cake with Chocolate peanut butter banana smoothie

Double chocolate banana cake– Whole banana, Whole grain flour, cocoa powder, apple , chocolate chips.

Peanut Butter banana smoothie- Banana, Milk, rolled oats, peanut butter, cocoa powder.

Scrambled cottage cheese wrap 

Wholegrain wrap. Protein rich cottage cheese, red peppers, broccoli, kale, mayonnaise. Whole grains , Veggies and Protein. 

Cold Pressed apple Juice. 











Day 4


Breakfast

Pizza Bagel with Straw Nana Smoothie Pizza Bagel – Whole protein rich almond flour, yoghurt, Mozzarella, Home made Pizza sauce.

Straw Nana Smoothie– Strawberries, bananas, apple, butternut squash, red beets, vanilla.

Cheese and Veggie pinwheel Whole grain Tortilla, beetroot, cauliflower, carrot, green onion, dill, sour cream, cream cheese.
