Description

Day 1

When you wake up: Lukewarm water with a splash of fresh lemon juice.

9 AM.: Blue Magik Protein - Blue Spirulina, Vanilla, Plant Protein, Cinnamon, Almond Butter, Banana-21g Protein.

11 AM.: Protein almond byte - Roasted almonds, Cocoa powder, Dates.

2 PM.: Super charged Satay- Tofu, Peanut butter, lemon juice, Edamame, Coconut flakes, Tahini, Minced ginger, sesame seeds.

6 PM.: Genius Protein - Blueberries, Vanilla, Plant Protein, Chia eeds, Flax seeds, Almond extract, Banana, Dates.

Day 2

9AM: Chocolate Protein - Chocolate Chips, Cacao, Plant Protein, Almond Butter, Cinnamon, Banana, Almond Milk. Comes with a free booster! 25g Protein.

11 AM.: Protein seed bytes - Sunflower seeds, Chia seeds, Flax seeds, Pumpkin seeds, Coconut flakes, Agave.

2 PM.: Roasted Cauliflower Grain Bowl- Sorghum, Cauliflower, Chick peas, Zaatar, lemon juice, salt, sesame seeds, dates, raisin. 

6 PM.: Genius Protein - Blueberries, Vanilla, Plant Protein, Chia seeds, Flax seeds, Almond extract, Banana, Dates.

Day 3

Day 4
