Description

Day 1

When you wake up: Lukewarm water with a splash of fresh lemon juice.


9 am - Blue Magik Protein - Blue Spirulina, Vanilla, Plant Protein, Cinnamon, Almond Butter, Banana-21g Protein.


11 am - Gluten Free Briownie


2 pm - Super charged Satay- Tofu, Peanut butter, lemon juice, Edamame, Coconut flakes, Tahini, Minced ginger, sesame seeds.

4 pm - Almond Biscotti -  Almonds, g/f organic oats flour, coconut sugar, cinnamon and agave syrup


6 pm - Tempeh Rendang Curry - Rendang  (coconut milk, red onion, lemon grass, fresh ginger, garlic, red chilli, green chilli, turmeric, ground coriander, salt, lime leaves), mixed rice  butternut squash, tempeh, broccoli, peas


Day 2

9am - Chocolate Protein - Chocolate Chips, Cacao, Plant Protein, Almond Butter, Cinnamon, Banana, Almond Milk. Comes with a free booster! 25g Protein.


11am - Sesame  Byte.


2 pm - Chickpea Shakshuka - Chickpeas, tomatoes, capsicum, nutritional yeast and tofu


4 pm- Raw Granola Bar - Organic whole grain oats, raisins, flax, cinnamon, peanut butter, pumpkin seeds & organic agave syrup.


6pm - Peanut Noodles - Thai Peanut Sauce , garlic, lime juice, chili garlic sauce,Braised Tofu, water, salt, caramel ,Edamame, Red Bell Pepper, Green Beans, Peanuts,rice vinegar,ginger. 


Day 3

9am - Blue Magin Protein Smoothie - Blue Spirulina, Vanilla, Plant Protein, Cinnamon, Almond Butter, Banana-21g Protein Blue Spirulina, Vanilla, Plant Protein, Cinnamon, Almond Butter, Banana-21g Protein.


11am -Wholemeal Croissant.


2 pm -  Thai Vibes Tofu Vermicelli - Bean Vermicelli Noodles [Peas, Corn Starch, Green Beans, Water], Firm Tofu [Water, Soybean], White Cabbage, Red Cabbage, Carrot, Lime Juice, Sriracha Sauce, Peanut, Coconut Sugar, Rice Wine Vinegar, Minced Garlic, Olive Oil, Coriander, Salt, Black Pepper


4 pm- Almond Biscotti -  Almonds, g/f organic oats flour, coconut sugar, cinnamon and agave syrup


6 pm- Mushroom Korma - onion, garlic cloves, coconut milk,mushrooms, spinach.


Day 4

9am - Genius Protein - Blueberry, Flax seeds, Chia seeds, Vanilla, Almond extract, Banana, Dates, Almond Mylk.


11am - Almond Granola bar - Organic whole grain gluten free oats, dates paste, organic agave syrup, peanut butter, almonds and vegan chocolate chips


2pm - Qunioa Roasted Veggie salad- Quinoa, Avocado, Romain Lettuce, Sweet Potato, Zucchini, Red Peppers, English Parsley, Sesame Seed White, Sesame Seed Black, Vegetable Powder, Olive Oil, Salt, Black Pepper

4 pm-1 Protein Byte - Roasted Peanut, cocoa powder and dates.


7 PM.: Green Moong Bean Stew - (Beans, some Vegetable Broth, Coconut Milk, Spices, Spinach).

Day 5

9am - Peanut Butter shake - Peanut butter, Dates, Coconut Milk, Banana, Chia seeds

11am - Multiseed Cracker-Sesame, chia, flax, pumpkin & sunflower seeds, rosemary & pink Himalayan salt.


2 pm - Tempeh Rendang - Rendang  (coconut milk, red onion, lemon grass, fresh ginger, garlic, red chilli, green chilli, turmeric, ground coriander, salt, lime leaves), mixed rice  butternut squash, tempeh, broccoli, peas

7 pm - Vegan Panang - Panang Curry sauce, mixed quinoa, butternut squash, chickpeas, pak choi, peas.
