Description

Day 1

When you wake up: Lukewarm water with a splash of fresh lemon juice.

7 AM- Turmeric Shot.

9 am.: Brainiac - Spinach, Cucumber, Lemon, Ginger, Apple.

11 am.: Sorghum Crackers- Sorghum flour, seasoning. 

2 pm.:Miso Coconut Ramen Bowl- White miso paste, coconut milk, tamari, ginger, broccoli, baby spinach, ramen noodles, lemon, radishes, chili garlic sauce. 

7 pm. Kaboocha Congee soup- Squash, coconut milk, brown rice, onions, pumpkin seeds,lemon, cayenne, cinnamon, nutmeg, all spice. 

Day 2

When you wake up: Lukewarm water with a splash of fresh lemon juice.

7am- Turmeric Root Shot. 

9am.: Braniac Green Juice- Spinach, Cucumber, lemon, ginger, apple.

11 am- Multiseed Crackers- Sesame, Chia, Pumpkin and Sunflower seeds, rosemary.

2  pm- Green Mung beans- Green Mung, spinach, coconut milk and spices. 

7 pm.: Thai Veg soup- A mix of blended veggies with galangal, coconut milk, kaffir lime, galangal. 

Day 3

7 am.: Liver Detox shot - Beetroot, Carrot, Agave, Neem, Ashwagandha, E3 Live Cayenne, Lemon, Ginger.

9 am.: Bhakti Ayurveda - This bottle of juice contains aloevera, Coconut Water, Cucumbers, Apple, Pineapple, Mint, Brain Tonic, Lemon. WITH ADDED TRIPHALA.

11 AM- Almond Flax Crackers- Almond flour, flax seeds.

2 pm.:Mushroom Korma and Mash- Potatoes, button mushrooms, onions, tomatoes, spinach, almond milk, turmeric, paprika, coriander, cumin, garam masala.

7 pm.: Abundance broth with Tofu- Tofu, turmeric, coconut cream, quinoa, lemon grass, salt and pepper.

Day 4

7 am.: Carrot Turmeric Shot to be had on empty stomach - Carrots, Lemon, Ginger, Turmeric.

9 am.: Karma - Chia Seeds, Blueberry, Pineapple, Strawberry, Spinach, Aloevera, Indian Gooseberry. Newly added Tulsi and Neem.

11 am.: Five Seed Date Byte- Pumpkin, Flax, Chia, Sesame, Sunflower, coconut flakes, agave. 

2 pm.: Tomato soup for the soul- Crushed tomatoes, almond milk, basil, water, red lentils, lemon juice, vinegar.

7 pm.: Black eyed pea and Tomato stew- Black eyed peas, fennel, tomato puree, black pepper, rosemary.

Day 5

7am.: Hydrating Shot - Cocunut Water, Turmeric Root, Cayenne, Ashwagandha, Orange Carrot, Holy Basil.

9am.: Vatta Ayurveda (to balance the Vatta Dosha) - Beetroot, Carrots, Cherries, Lime filtered water and NEW ADDED PSYLLUM HUSK.

11 am.: Almond Flax Cracker -Almond flour, flax and pink Himalayan salt

2 pm.: Roasted Cauliflower grain bowl- Higher Fiber, High Protein, Low Sodium. 

Cauliflower, Sorghum, Chickpeas, Spinach, Tahini, Dates, Raisins, Lemon juice, Zaatar, Sesame Seeds, Salt. 

Chockfull of iron and folic acid to support energy and cellular function from Spinach. Rich in choline for brain power and Sorghum supports strong hair and nails.

7 pm.: Asparagus Noodle and Lentil Broth- Mushrooms, Black lentils, Glass noodles,Asparagus, Pumpkin Seeds, lemon, baby spinach.
