Juice is Bottled in air-tight containers to undergo high pressure before entering the HPP machine for further processing.

Bottles undergo Pressure in a chamber filled with water which exerts an extremely high-pressure killing all the unwanted microbes, leaving behind the original taste and flavor of the juice.
