    9 am - Turmeric Root Shot - Turmeric Root, Ginger, Indian Gooseberries, Orange .    


    9:30am -  Buttenut Squash Carrot cold pressed juice-Butternuts squash,carrots, spinach, kale, beetroots, lemon, ginger, apple.


    1pm - Beet Soup - Blended Beets, Carrots, Onions, Leeks, Onion, Parsley, Chia Seeds.


    3pm - Kombucha for gut health - Apple & Ginger Kombucha - to aid in digestion and enhance good gut microbiome


    5 pm - Hearty Quinoa Gut Cleanse soup with carrots and red lentils - Onions, Carrots, ginger, celery, cumin, red lentils, Quinoa. .    


    7pm -  Coconut me Thai soup- Sweet Potato, Red Curry Pastem Coconut Milk, Onion, Lemongrass.

    Day 22



    9am - Turmeric Root Shot - Turmeric Root, Ginger, Indian Gooseberries, Orange .


    11am - Bhakti Ayurveda Cold Pressed Juice- Spinach, pineapple, Ayurvedic Triphala, coconut water, lemon, mint, brain tonic.  


    1pm - Moroccan Lentil soup- A creamy lentil soup with moroccan spices.


    3pm - After Party Liver Detox Cold Pressed Juice - Beets, Carrots, Ginger, Lemon Apple.


    5pm - Detox Tonic Juice- Lemon, Spirulina, Milk thistle, Agave.


    7 pm.: Creamy Vegan Spinach Soup- Spinach, Potato, Onion, ginger, almond milk, basil.

    Day 23


    9 AM - Turmeric root shot - Turmeric Root, Ginger, Indian Gooseberries, Orange.   


    9:30am -Braniac Cold pressed juice- Spinach, Cucumbers, lemon, ginger and apple.  


    11am  -Tom- Yum soup - Water, Coconut Milk, Cherry Tomatoes, Tofu , Mushrooms, Onions, Carrots, Cornstarch, Agave Syrup, Coriander, Vegetable Stock, Salt .


    1pm - After Party Liver Detox Juice - Beets, Carrots, Ginger, Lemon Apple.


    3pm - Carrot Coriander soup- Carrots , Onions , Coriander , Ginger , Celery , Cumin Seeds , Salt .  


    7PM - Kale Fornia Dreaming soup- Kale, Potatoes, Onions, Leeks, Salt, Pepper.

    Day 24

    Day 25

    9:30am - Peanut Butter Cup smoothie- Peanut, dates, cashews, banana, raw cacao, vanilla.  


    1pm - Turmeric and Lentil Inflammatory soup- Pumpkin, Carrots, Sweet Potato, Tomatoes, Mustard seeds, Red lentils, Turmeric root, ginger.


    3pm - Strawberry Basil lemonade juice- Strawberries, basil, lemon, monk fruit.

      

    5pm - Warm Vegetable Broth - Kale, Celery, Parsley, Thyme, Fennel, Leeks, Cabbage, Carrot, Onion, Ginger, Cayenne Pepper.  


    7pm - Cream of Zucchini soup- Onions, ginger, Zucchini, basil, Lemon, almond milk, pumpkin seeds.  

    Day 26


    9am -  Braniac -  Spinach, Cucumber, lemon, ginger, parsley.


    11am - Detox Tonic Lemonade- Lemon, Blue Sprulina, Milk thistle, agave.


    1pm - Gravity Glow - cucumber, apple, ginger, mint, and lemon juice .


    3pm -Butternut Squash Orange Lemon - Butternut Squash, Orange, Beetroot, lemon, lemon, spinach, parsley.  


     5pm - Afterparty -  mix of beetroot, carrot,ginger, apple and lemon


    7pm -  Cold Crusher- Carrots, Orange, lemon, ginger, parsley.  

                         



    Day 27



    9am - Celery Juice- Celery Juice. With or without lemon


    11am - Dynamo - Kale,spinach, celery, parsley, apple, lemon, dandelion greens.


    1pm - Spinach Kale - Spinach, kale. Cucumber, lemon . celery. parsley.


    3pm - Pure Green - Cucumber, Courgettes, broccoli, fennel, lemon, spinach, parsley.


    5pm -  Cucumber Celery- Cucumber, Celery, parsley, spinach.


    7pm -  Spinach Ginger- Spinach, cucumber, lemon, ginger, apple, Celery.  

    Day 28


    When you wake up: Lukewarm water with a splash of fresh lemon juice.


    9am - Dynamo Green Juice- Kale, spinach, parsley, lemon, ginger and apple. 


    11am - Broccoli Red lentils Soup- Red lentils, Broccoli, mint, onions, ginger, ground cumin, coriander.   


    1pm - Butternut Carrot Juice- Butternut, Carrots, lemon, ginger. Orange, parsley.


    3pm -  Minestrone Soup - Kale, Courgette, Tomato, Onions, Basil.


    5pm - Celery Juice - Celery,Lemon.


      7pm - Super Green Soup - Spinach. kale, Broccoli, Courgettes, egamame, Onions, Ginger, peas.

    Day 29


    When you wake up: Lukewarm water with a splash of fresh lemon juice.


    9am -Cucumbers and Celery Juice- Celery, lemon, cucumbers and apple.


    11am - Spinach Artichoke Soup- Spinach, Artichoke, Onion, ginger, olive oil, salt, pepper.


    1pm - Braniac Cold Pressed Green Juice- Spinach,cucumbers, lemon, ginger and apple.   


    3pm - Vegan Stew soup- Miso paste, leeks, onions, sweet potatoes, celery, salt, olive oil, rosemary and thyme.

    3pm - Zucchini Soup - Onions , Ginger , Zucchini , Lemon , Almond Milk , Pepper, Pumpkin Seeds .


    5pm - Gravity Glow Juice- cucumber mint, parsley and apple.


    7pm - Sweet Potato Nacho soup-Sweet potatoes, red capsicums, cloves, pepper, cayenne, oregano, tomato paste, parsley leaves, lemon juice.

    Before doing any plan with us, we will send you a questionnaire to check if the selected plan is right one . Many times we need a thorough cleaning before we start any plan. Your selected plan may then be altered to a mix of a few plans or a completely different plan than what you chose. Please go ahead and order the plan, still, allow us to send you a questionnaire.
