Zuzana Hrdinova - Wellness Consultant, Health Coach and Advocate
Zuzana is a lifestyle consultant and a health coach with a private practice in Dubai. She is originally from Czech Republic, however, traveling the world, visiting over 38 countries and living abroad for years makes her more of a global citizen. Her professional background is in marketing and communications, having worked for 15 years for global brands.
Her life and career path took a turn when she was diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS). A result of her fast-paced, ambitious, career-oriented lifestyle led to a three-year long period of CFS. Despite it feeling like lost years of life and opportunities, looking back, Zuzana is grateful for the lesson she learned. In a desperate search for a solution, she discovered new directions and passions that have made up her new profession.
Zuzana managed to overcome CFS and decided to use the experience and help others to prevent getting into similar situations, while assisting those who are already fighting the same battle.

Zuzana puts health at the core and designs her programs to be client-centered, without relying on a one-size-fits-all model. The wellness programs are tailored to cater to sustainable, and realistic goals, while being closely aligned to the client's values and capabilities.
