 Sugar Detox.

The Plan is most suitable for women and men as it is alkaline. Women in general need more cleansing and the alkaline juices help in doing that. Soups are great for weight loss as they are high in Fiber. The Plan gently cleanses and kick starts weight loss.  This is a primarily Soup and Juice Cleanse until Day 11 and from Day 12 onwards we slowly start adding solids. You do have the option to eliminate that completely and stick with Soups and Juices if that gives better results.

Please note that the soups are blast chilled during the summer months. This may result in receiving them frozen. They are just blast chilled just a few hours before dispatch purely as the Delivery team takes a long time in travelling to different locations resulting in opening the doors often  and it may disturb the optimum temperature requirement in the vans. When blast chilled, the soups get thawed on  the way and there is no spoilage of the food. All the Soups are fresh and nothing is frozen.

Day 1


When you wake up: Lukewarm water with a splash of fresh lemon juice.


9 AM - Celery juice - Celery, lemon.


11 AM - Roasted Swede Soup  - roasted swede , carrots , onion , paprika , black pepper ,salt and water


1-PM - Dynamo green juice.- Spinach, kale, rockets, apple, lemon.


3 PM- Skinny Artichoke Soup - artichoke hearts ,cayenne pepper ,salt and pepper,


5-PM - Beet a licious - Beets, carrots, cherries, lime, Filtered water.

Day 2

Day 3

Day 5

 When you wake up: Lukewarm water with a splash of fresh lemon juice.


9 AM.: SPA- DAY Juice- Honey dew, cucumber, coconut water, lemon.Designed with ingredients that inspire self love and well bein. The mix of ingredients is divine. 


11 AM.- Broccoli Red lentils Soup- Red lentils, Broccoli, mint, onions, ginger, ground cumin, coriander. 


1 PM.: Pure Green juice- Spinach, kale, courgettes, broccoli, lemon, apple.


3 PM.Minestrone Soup- Kale, Courgette, Tomato, Onions, Basil. 


5 PM.: Celery Juice - Celery,Lemon.


7 PM.: Super Green Soup- Spinach. kale, Broccoli, Courgettes, egamame, Onions, Ginger, peas.

Day 6

When you wake up: Lukewarm water with a splash of fresh lemon juice.

1 PM - Cauliflower stir fry rice with Tofu and Veggies - Tofu, Cauliflower Rice,Vegetable Mix,Onion,Garlic & Ginger,Toasted Sesame Oil


3 PM - Vegetable Broth.


5 PM - After party juice -contains Beet, Carrot, Lemon, Ginger, Apple.


7 PM - Cabbage soup - Onions, Carrots, Celery, Chilli Powder , Black Pepper , White Eyed Beans, Roasted Tomatoes, Cabbage .

Before doing any plan with us, we will send you a questionnaire to check if the selected plan is right one . Many times we need a thorough cleaning before we start any plan.
