10:30-11:30 am - Roasted Swede Soup  - roasted swede , carrots , onion , paprika , black pepper ,salt and water


1-2 pm  - Dynamo- Spinach, kale, rockets, apple, lemon.


3-4 pm - Skinny Artichoke Soup - artichoke hearts , skim milk , cayenne pepper ,salt and pepper,


5-6 pm - Beet a licious - Beets, carrots, cherries, lime, Filtered water.


6-8 pm - Spinach Soup -  Spinach , Onion , Ginger , Potato , Almond Milk , Basil , Pepper .


Day 2

When you wake up: Lukewarm water with a splash of fresh lemon juice.


8-9 am - Sweet kale - Kale, lemon, apple.


10:30-11:30 am - Courgette , Lemon, mint Soup - Courgette, lemon, mint, onions, celery, leeks, potato, thyme, pepper .


1-2 pm - Citrus 3 - Grapefruit, Orange, Mint.


3-4 pm -  Carrot Coriander Soup - Carrots , Onions , Coriander , Ginger , Celery , Cumin Seeds , Salt .


5-6 pm - Celery juice - Celery, lemon.


6-8 pm - Parsnip Lemon soup - Water, Parsnips, Onions, Leeks, Celery, Pomace Olive Oil, Ginger, Garlic, Lemon juice, Vegetable stock cubes (Celery), Salt, Turmeric, Thyme






Day 3

When you wake up: Lukewarm water with a splash of fresh lemon juice.


8-9 am - Braniac - Spinach, cucumber, lemon, ginger, apple.


10:30-11:30 am - Vegan Miso Broth Soup  - Water, Ginseng, Onions, White Miso Paste, Leeks, Carrots, Mushrooms, Pak Choi, Soy Sauce, Vegetable Stock (Celery), Agave Syrup, Potato Starch, Garlic, Ginger Puree


1-2 pm - After party - Beetroot, carrot, ginger, lemon, apple.
