Ayurveda is a system of medicine with historical roots in the Indian subcontinent. Globalized and modernized practices derived from Ayurveda traditions are a type of complementary or alternative medicine. In countries beyond India, Ayurveda therapies and practices have been integrated in general wellness applications and in some cases in medical use.

Aloe vera is a plant species that grows wild in tropical climates around the world and is cultivated for agricultural and medicinal uses. Aloe is also used for decorative purposes and grows successfully indoors as a potted plant.

It is found in many consumer products including beverages, skin lotion, cosmetics, or ointments for minor burns and sunburns.

Some clinics have used aloe vera to increase the effectiveness of cancer treatment with the chemotherapy agents cyclophosphamide (Cytoxan, Neosar) and 5-fluorouracil (5-FU). Several studies indicate that aloe vera gel can protect both the immune system and the skin from the effects of radiation treatment. In addition, at least one study suggests that taking aloe internally can reduce the likelihood of lung cancer in smokers.

Added to the juice, we should take aloe vera. Aloe vera is the single most healing of all the herbs. It's anti-cancer, anti-parasitic, and it repairs DNA. It protects us from viruses and bacteria. Every time I take juice, I take aloe, and it makes a big difference.
- Gary Nulls Ultimate Anti Aging Program by Gary Null, Ph.D.

A single Aurvedic herbal remedy called Amla is one of the best anti-aging and overall rejuvenators you can take on a daily basis to detoxify your body…fight hyper-acidity…build muscle…lower cholesterol…and  combat cancer

One of the most powerful rejuvenating agents known to man is packed into one of nature’s tiniest berries. Amla, also known as Indian gooseberry (Emblica officinalis Gaertn. or Phyllanthus emblica Linn), is arguably the most important medicinal plant in Ayurveda, the Indian traditional system of medicine. So says a May 2011 article titled, “Amla, A Wonder Berry in the Treatment and Prevention of Cancer” published in the European journal Cancer Prevention.

A herb widely used in Ayurvedic medicine as a brain tonic and memory enhancer, shankhpushpi  has been used for centuries as a means to promote higher intelligence and a more expanded world view. In a more physical sense, the herb can help to eliminate hypertension, anxiety, asthma, stress-related disorders, epilepsy, insomnia, urinary disorders, hyperthyroid disease, prevent cancer, constipation, and numerous neurodegenerative diseases including dementia and Alzheimer’s disease. The herb works primarily by supporting the central nervous system.

At GoOrganic, we add these exotic herbs in our  Ayurvedic juices  and having just one juice a day will rejuvenate you and help prevent cancer.
