 Dressing - Lemon Olive Oil {Agave , Lemon , Salt , Water , Pepper }

3 PM - Golden Life Kombucha - to boost the intestinal health and aid in digestion.

7 PM - Soothing Gut healing Soup - Red lentils, Sweet potato, spinach, carrot, bell pepper, cashews, onions, ginger.

Day 2

7 AM - Immune boosting shot - Apple, lemon,ginger, turmeric.

9 AM - Chill Pill Probiotic Juice- Pineapple, lemon, chamomile, Ashwagandha, vanilla, Coconut water, Vegan Probiotic. 

11 AM - Walnuts

1 PM - Kale and Walnut salad - crispy kale, sweet golden raisins, crunchy walnuts and parmesan shavings team up in this nutrient rich salad.

Dressing - Lemon Olive Oil {Agave , Lemon , Salt , Water , Pepper }

3 PM - Tropical Kombucha - made with Tropical ingredients and live scoby.

7 PM - New Red lentil Stew with Vegetables and Quinoa - A high fiber diet is primarily important for good gut health. Legumes are vital for good gut health due to their high fiber content. This Stew contains goodness of red lentils with a lot of vegetables like pumpkin, carrots, beans added in the stew.

Day 3

7 AM- Immune boosting shot- Apple, lemon,ginger, turmeric.

9 AM- Kapha  Ayurvedic Cold Pressed Juice with antioxidants-  Blueberry, Rasberries,Cucumber, Spinach, Kale, Rawhoney and Apple Cider.

11 AM- Carrot sticks

1 PM- Sprouting  Broccoli and brussel sprouts salad- Broccoli, Brussel sprouts, olive oil, miso, lemon.
