Please note that the soups are blast chilled during the summer months. This may result in receiving them frozen. They are just blast chilled just a few hours before dispatch purely as the Delivery team takes a long time in travelling to different locations resulting in opening the doors often and it may disturb the optimum temperature requirement in the vans. When blast chilled, the soups get thawed on the way and there is no spoilage of the food. All the Soups are fresh and nothing is frozen.

11 AM - 1 Whole Red apple and Boss Tonic Probiotic Juice
1 PM - Millet and Quinoa Paella- A twist on traditional Risotto substituting rice with whole grain Millet with quinoa. Millets have prebiotics which stimulate the growth of probiotics within the microbiome.
6 PM - Soothing Gut healing Soup - Red lentils, Sweet potato, spinach, carrot, bell pepper, cashews, onions, ginger.
9 AM - Immune boosting shot - Apple, lemon, ginger, turmeric.
9:30 AM - Peanutty Banana blast smoothie- Oatmeals, bananas, peanut butter, agave, almond milk, pumpkin , carrots.
Peanut butter are rich in prebiotics and polypenols. Oats are prebiotic food as well and the beta glucan fiber helps feed the good bacteria. The fiber in oats helps to keep us full for hours by slowing down digestion and contributes to keeping bowel movement regular.
11 AM - Walnuts and Boss Tonic Probiotic Juice
1 PM - Turmeric and lentil care soup to cure inflamation- Red lentils, pumpkin, carrots, sweet potatoes, red peppers, ginger, coconut milk
Red lentils are rich in a type of fiber that helps our digestive system work as it should. And fuels good bacteria in our gut. Fiber in the lentils also helps in risk of colorectal cancer and protects our immune sysytem. The delicious soup delivers that.
3 PM - Kombucha - made with Tropical ingredients and live scoby.
6 PM - Artichoke Soup. Artichokes, mushrooms, celery, cayenne pepper, almond milk. Artichokes are great for gut health as they have fiber that keeps our digestive system healthy. They reduce risk of certain bowel cancers. Artichokes contain a type of fiber called inulin that is a great prebiotic.

1 PM-Tempeh Rendang Curry with almond bread- A very tasty tempeh curry made with Thai spices in coconut milk.
Due to the fermentation process, tempeh is a rich source of live probiotic culture and active enzymes. It is high in protein and contain prebiotics.
3PM - Tropical Kombucha made with Tropical ingredients and live scoby.
6PM - Miso Soup- Gut Healing Miso soup made with lots of seasonal Veggies.
