Please note that the soups are blast chilled during the summer months. This may result in receiving them frozen. They are just blast chilled just a few hours before dispatch purely as the Delivery team takes a long time in travelling to different locations resulting in opening the doors often  and it may disturb the optimum temperature requirement in the vans. When blast chilled, the soups get thawed on  the way and there is no spoilage of the food. All the Soups are fresh and nothing is frozen.

How to have our soup and juice cleanse

Day 1

When you wake up: Lukewarm water with a splash of fresh lemon juice.


9 am - Celery juice - Celery, lemon,


11am- Roasted Swede Soup  - roasted swede , carrots , onion , paprika , black pepper ,salt and water


1 pm  - Dynamo- Spinach, kale, rockets, apple, lemon.


3-pm - Skinny Artichoke Soup - artichoke hearts , skim milk , cayenne pepper ,salt and pepper,


5pm - Beet a licious - Beets, carrots, cherries, lime, Filtered water.


7 pm - Spinach Soup -  Spinach , Onion , Ginger , Potato , Almond Milk , Basil , Pepper .

Day 2

When you wake up: Lukewarm water with a splash of fresh lemon juice.


9 am - Sweet kale - Kale, lemon, apple.


11am - Courgette , Lemon, mint Soup - Courgette, lemon, mint, onions, celery, leeks, potato, thyme, pepper .


1pm - Citrus 3 - Grapefruit, Orange, Mint.

Day 4

When you wake up: Lukewarm water with a splash of fresh lemon juice.

9AM.: Braniac - Spinach, cucumber, lemon, ginger, apple.

11am.: Kalefornia Dreamin Soup- Kale, Potatoes, Onions, Leeks, Salt, Pepper.

1pm.: After party juice - Beetroot, carrot, ginger, lemon, apple.

3pm.Turmeric Tomato Soup- Tomatoes, Onions, ginger, Vinegar, Black pepper. 

5pm.: Celery juice - Celery, lemon.

7pm-  Vegan Miso Soup- Lots of gut- healing veggies cooked in a slow Miso based broth for the tangy taste. 



Day 5

When you wake up: Lukewarm water with a splash of fresh lemon juice.

9 am.: SPA- DAY Juice- Honey dew, cucumber, coconut water, lemon.Designed with ingredients that inspire self love and well bein. The mix of ingredients is divine. 

11am.- Broccoli Red lentils Soup- Red lentils, Broccoli, mint, onions, ginger, ground cumin, coriander. 

1-pm.: Pure Green- Spinach, kale, courgettes, broccoli, lemon, apple.

3pm.Minestrone Soup- Kale, Courgette, Tomato, Onions, Basil. 

5pm.: Celery Juice - Celery,Lemon.

7 pm.: Super Green Soup- Spinach. kale, Broccoli, Courgettes, egamame, Onions, Ginger, peas.


Day 6

When you wake up: Lukewarm water with a splash of fresh lemon juice.

9 am.: Braniac green juice - Spinach, cucumber, lemon, ginger, apple.

11 am: Carrot ginger soup - Blended Carrots, Coconut Milk, Onion, Ginger, Lemon, Olive Oil, Garlic, Cumin, Sea Salt and Black Pepper.

1pm.: Celery juice - Celery, lemon.

3 pm.:   Parsnip lemon Soup- Deliciousn parsnip soup cooked with leeks. 

5pm.: After party juice- Beetroots, carrots, lemon, ginger, apple.

7pm.:Butternut Squash soup - Butternut Squash, Sweet Potato, Onion, Car rot, Black Pepper,Bay Leaf, Salt, Water.
