5 +1 Day - Proven Weight loss Reset

Day 1 may be changed to a complete juice cleanse/detox depending on the health conditions for a full body cleanse depending on the body type.

Day 1

9 am.: Turmeric Root Shot - Turmeric Root, Ginger, Indian Gooseberries, Orange and 250 ml Celery Juice.

9.30 AM.:  Mean Green Smoothie- cucumber, celery, apples , lemon , banana, leaves kale (Tuscan cabbage) 

11 AM- Tom- Yum soup- Coconut milk, Tofu, tomatoes, onions, carrots in a tangy flavored soup. 

1 pm.: After Party Liver Detox Juice - Beets, Carrots, Ginger, Lemon Apple.

3 pm.: Carrot Coriander soup- A tangy soup with the goodness of carrots and coriander.:

7pm.: Kale Fornia Dreaming  soup- Kale, Potatoes, Onions, Leeks, Salt, Pepper.

Day 2

9 am.: Turmeric Root Shot -Turmeric Root, Ginger, Indian Gooseberries, Orange Plus 250 ml Celery Juice.

9.30 AM- Strawnana Smoothie - Berries , banana, avocado, kale, beets, apple .

1pm.: Fennel Consomme - Fennel, Water, Onions, Orange Juice, Olive Oil, Dill, Sea Salt, Red Chilli Powder.

3pm.:  Butternut Carrot Juice- Butternut Squash, Beetroot, lemon, spinach, parsley, apple. 

5pm.: After- Math Elixir with Milk thistle- Orange, ginger, aloe and the goodness of Milk thistle. 

7pm.:Vegetable Cabbage Soup- Carrots, Celery, Chili powder Black pepper, Tomatoes, White Eyed beans, Black pepper.

Day 3

9am.: Turmeric Root Shot - Turmeric Root, Ginger, Indian Gooseberries, Orange Plus 250 ml Celery Juice.

9.30 AM.: Peanut Butter Cup smoothie- Peanut, dates, cashews, banana, raw cacao, vanilla. 

1pm.:  Turmeric and Lentil Inflammatory soup- Pumpkin, Carrots, Sweet Potato, Tomatoes, Mustard seeds, Red lentils, Turmeric root, ginger.

3pm.: Strawberry Basil lemonade juice- Strawberries, basil, lemon, monk fruit. 

5pm.: Warm Vegetable Broth  - Kale, Celery, Parsley, Thyme, Fennel, Leeks, Cabbage, Carrot, Onion, Ginger, Cayenne Pepper.

7 pm.:Cream of Zucchini soup- Onions, ginger, Zucchini, basil, Lemon, almond milk, pumpkin seeds. 

Day 4

9 am.: Turmeric Root Shot - Turmeric Root, Ginger, Indian Gooseberries, Orange 

11am.: Berry Full Smoothie- strawberries, banana, apple, red beets , vanilla .

1pm.: Beet Soup - Blended Beets, Carrots, Onions, Leeks, Onion, Parsley, Chia Seeds.

3pm.:   Kombucha for gut health

5pm.:  Hearty Quinoa Gut Cleanse soup with carrots and red lentils. 

7pm.: Coconut me Thai  soup- Sweet Potato, Red Curry Pastem Coconut Milk, Onion, Lemongrass.

Day 5

9 am.: Turmeric Root Shot - Turmeric Root, Ginger, Indian Gooseberries, Orange 

11am.:  Protein Packed Flax Seed Smoothie- banana, flaxseed , peanut butter, vegan high protein cashew cheese  , almond milk  , butter squash , zucchini .

1pm.:Moroccan Lentil soup- A creamy lentil soup with moroccan spices. 

3pm.:  After Party Liver Detox Cold Pressed Juice - Beets, Carrots, Ginger, Lemon Apple.

5pm.:Detox Tonic Juice- Lemon, Spirulina, Milk thistle, Agave. 

7 pm.:  Creamy Vegan Spinach Soup- Spinach, Potato, Onion, ginger, almond milk, basil.
