Please note that the soups are blast chilled during the summer months. This may result in receiving them frozen. 1 PM.:Black Rice Salad- Forbidden Black Rice, yellow bell pepper, red yellow pepper, orange pepper, parsley, edamame, red radishes, Black eyed beans, Edamame beans.

By choosing the ingredients from every color of the rainbow, we maximise the number of different macro nutrients we consume. Fruits and Vegetables that are brightly colored are rich in anti oxidants that prevent us from damaging free radicals.Diversity in our diet is also good for our gut microbiome.
