7 AM-.Liver Detox shot- Beetroot, Carrot, Agave, Neem, Ashwagandha, E3 Live Cayenne, Lemon, Ginger 


9 AM-Bhakti Ayurveda- This bottle of juice contains aloevera, coconut water, cucumbers,  apple, Pineapple, mint , Brain tonic,lemon. WITH ADDED TRIPHALA.


11 AM-Pumpkin Seeds and Beetroot Crackers-  Fresh Beetroot (33%), Pumpkin seeds*(17%), Psyllium Husk (3%), Himalayan Salt (0.1%), Black Pepper*(0.07%) and Water


1 PM- Black Rice Salad- Forbidden Black Rice, yellow bell pepper, red yellow pepper, orange pepper, parsley, edamame, red radishes. 

Dressing- Chilli garlic sauce, rice vinegar,honey, grated ginger, olive oil. salt. 

Also called as Forbidden rice belongs to the Oriza Sativa species. It gets its signature black purple color from a pigment called anthocyanin.  In ancient China, It was considered so unique that it was forbidden for all but the royalty. 11 AM- Sesame Seeds and Tapioca Crackers- Spinach, (40%), Sunflower seeds (13%), Sesame seeds* (5%), Wasabi paste (1%), Black Pepper (0.4%), Psyllium Husk (2%), Himalayan Salt (0.4%) and Water


1 PM- Roasted Butternut Salad- Roasted Butternut, Spinach, Cabbage, Pomegranate, Chives, Sea salt. Cashews, Coconut Oil.

Day 3

7 AM- Immune boosting shot- Apple, lemon,ginger, turmeric.


9 AM- Kapha-  Blueberry, Rasberries,Cucumber, Spinach, Kale, Rawhoney and Apple Cider.


11 AM- Savoury Spinach Crackers-  Spinach, (40%), Sunflower seeds (13%), Sesame seeds*(5%), Psyllium Husk (2%), Wasabi (1%), Black Pepper* (0.4%), Himalayan Salt (0.4%) and Water


1 PM-Macro Bowl- Qunioa, Sweet Potato, Cumin powder, Beet, Chick peas, Pumpkin seeds, Baby Spinach. 

Dressing- Olive Oil, Lemon juice, Apple Cider, Tahini, Maple Syrup, dates, Filtered water, Himalayan salt.Eat the rainbow with our  Macro bowl. This vegan and gluten free bowl is a great example of easy lunch for healthy lifestyle. The bowl is filled with nutrient dense plant based food that is great for losing weight and improving Gut health. 


3 PM- Tropical Kombucha made with Tropical ingredients and live scoby. 


7 PM- Coconut me Thai- Sweet Potato, Red Curry Pastem Coconut Milk, Onion, Lemongrass.







Day 4

7 am- Beetroot lemon shot on empty stomach- Beetroot, lemon, apple.

By choosing the ingredients from every color of the rainbow, we maximise the number of different macro nutrients we consume. Fruits and Vegetables that are brightly colored are rich in anti oxidants that prevent us from damaging free radicals.Diversity in our diet is also good for our gut microbiome. The more robust and diverse the bacteria in our gut is, the better our digestion will be. 


3 PM-Cardamom Rose Kombucha to aid in digestion . Cardamom has antioxidant and diuretic property that may lower blood pressure.

1 PM- Autumn Salad- Sweet potatoes, carrots, radish, arugula, chives,cabbage, pumpkin seeds and pomegranate .The bitter greens found in this salad calls for a very powerful and positive effect on our health. Provide a bounty  of  nutrition to the meal. Vitamin A,C, K are some of the nutrients that are contained in the salad. Also support eyes, nervous system and skin.


3 PM-Apple and Ginger Kombucha to aid in digestion and enhance good gut microbiome. 


7 PM-  Carrot ginger soup - Blended Carrots, Coconut Milk, Onion, Ginger, Lemon, Olive Oil, Garlic, Cumin, Sea Salt and Black Pepper.
